Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from the UK. It takes 2-3 days for orders to be delivered in the UK, 5-10 days for Europe and 10-14 days for rest of the world.

How do I change my shipping address?

Login to your account and visit the My Account page to Change your Shipping Address for future orders. If you want to change Shipping Address for an order already placed, contact us on [email protected] and we might be able to help if the order has not been dispatched already.

How do I track the status of my order?

Order delivery status tracking is only available if you opt for ‘Tracked Delivery’ at Checkout, in which case, you will receive a Delivery Tracking number after Order Confirmation. 

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not. We use one of the most secure and trusted payment gateway in the world, Stripe, for processing payments and do not store any of your credit card information.

Do you charge sales tax?

All taxes are included in the product price.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship all over the world.

Will my items come in one package?

If there are multiple items in your order, you are very likely to receive all of them in one packages. In some cases, you might receive them in multiple packages.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are acceptable within 14 days of purchase. All items returned must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Delivery cost for returning the item to us will be on the customer.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Most items on the site can be pre-ordered. It usually takes 2 weeks for items to be restocked when you pre order to bear with us when we restock and deliver your pre ordered item.
